About Mend Well

Mend Well, LLC was established in March of 2010 by owners Michele Duggan, PT and Nancy Eldridge, PT. Nancy and Michele were co- workers at the Natick VNA for 19 years. They studied at the BioSynchronistics Institute and used techniques learned there with their homebound patients. These homebound patients, some of whom were medically complex, often showed a decrease in pain, improvement in alignment, and increased function after receiving this sequential form of manual therapy. Goals were met more quickly. After recognizing such positive results, Nancy and Michele introduced these treatment methods to the general public as a preventative wellness program. Michele has been retired since 2018.

Nancy Eldridge, PT

Nancy Eldridge graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in physical therapy. She has 30 + years in the field and has worked in home care and inpatient rehab, including Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Natick Visiting Nurse Association. Experience in these different settings helped Nancy develop an extensive understanding of the medically complex patient. From years of working with the elderly population, Nancy has a unique insight into the postural changes of aging. Nancy partnered with Michele Duggan in 2010 as co-owner of Mend Well, LLC to offer a whole-body approach to physical therapy treatment. A passion for symmetry of movement, proper alignment and holistic medicine led Nancy to embrace BioSynchronistics®.

Nancy uses various manual therapy techniques, however she has focused her course work on BioSynchronistics, Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, and CranioSacral therapies, as well as Kinesiology taping, and the Meeks Method for the management and prevention of osteoporosis. Nancy has a personal interest in fitness and conditioning. She uses a safe, gradual approach and careful monitoring to return her clients to their fitness goals either at home or at the gym. Her goal is to help each person achieve optimal alignment and balance in order continue doing the activities they enjoy well into old age.

Nancy is married with two grown children. She enjoys being active outdoors; biking, running, hiking and gardening. She continues to pursue her interests in holistic health.

“Nancy, I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the healing therapeutic service I received from you through Mend Well. At this time last year I had terrible upper back pain. I was assessed and treated by you, and I am beyond thrilled to say I am now pain free! Your ability to pinpoint my muscular and alignment problems and then successfully treat them is amazing to me! Thanks so much and keep up the great work!” — Joanne Brennan
