“Being unable to sleep comfortably for several months, I was directed to Michele Duggan at Mend Well physical therapy. Although I am still in need of some treatment, after 2 sessions with Michele for neck, shoulder and hip pain, I am now able to get a good night’s rest . I would highly recommend Mend Well physical therapy.”

“Hi Michele, good news and bad news. Good news first, you helped me get my body to a point where I seem to be able to maintain a comfortable state of wellness. Bad news, I can now do this myself through Svaroopa yoga. Thank you so much, I will be forever greatful for all the hard work you did on my body over the last year. I know I may still need you sometimes if I get into trouble, but I am thrilled with how far I have come since October of 2010.”

“Nancy, I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the healing therapeutic service I received from you through Mend Well.  At this time last year I had terrible upper back pain.  I was assessed and treated by you, and I am beyond thrilled to say I am now pain free!  Your ability to pinpoint my muscular and alignment problems and then successfully treat them is amazing to me!  Thanks so much and keep up the great work!”

“Nancy is a gifted healer.  Not only does her treatment do wonders in alleviating pain and opening up places that are stuck within the body, but also it is a very quieting process that creates the space for me to slow down”.

“My daughter has received 5 treatment sessions from Michele at Mend Well to correct a bad posture imbalance.  She’s 14 years old, has grown 6 inches in 6 months and is very active in sports.  Playing lacrosse and field hockey often caused her to have pains in her back that were chronic enough to have her pediatrician recommend physical therapy.  We tried a traditional course of treatment from a local physical therapy office, but there was no improvement in her condition.  We heard of Mend Well through some friends who suggested we try their different approach to physical therapy.  The treatments themselves have dramatically reduced her pain.  She just finished a week of field hockey camp with no complaints of pain at all.  In addition to the therapy we also have her work on the various exercise techniques that Michele recommended for her specific back problem.  Getting her to do them isn’t always easy, but they do seem to be helping a lot.  I would recommend Michele and the Mend Well therapy method to anyone who might have a child going though the same growth pain and exercise stress conditions as my daughter.”

“Michele Duggan has given me quite a few treatments and I feel so much more comfortable for quite a long time afterwards. It is a gentle pleasant treatment.”

“The results of Nancy’s professional technique, using just the touch of her fingertips, were felt almost immediately.  My initial skepticism, along with the pain and tension in my lower back were gone in a matter of a few minutes.”

“I highly recommend Michele. She has been treating me for years, and with her expertise and technique, she has kept me from experiencing flare-ups of my chronic neck and back conditions. Normally I see her from time to time, but occasionally I overdo it and begin to feel an acute flare-up. A couple of visits with her and I’m back on track.”

“On feeling good again… Nancy starts her treatment using BioSynchronistics by evaluating the entire body from stem to stern, employing visual and tactile techniques.  This thorough exam allows her to pinpoint old and new problem areas.  During each treatment underlying areas of restriction are exposed and worked on.  Using gentle and specific patterns, the fascia surrounding the muscles unwind with a freeing sensation.  In order to be successful, the therapist has to have great sensitivity, not heavy hands.  As a 70-year-old physical therapist with Parkinson’s disease I value her knowledge of how to fine-tune my body.   Thank you for helping my body function better.”
