How to Prepare for Your Treatment
Wear loose, comfortable clothing.  Please do not wear jeans or heavy shirts and sweaters.  Also, drink plenty of water before and after your session.

$75/session

Why we do not accept health insurance:  Mend Well physical therapists address the body as a whole. You are not just a diagnosis code to us!  The reality of healthcare today is that insurance companies govern the way healthcare is delivered by controlling the number of visits and what treatments are reimbursable. Often holistic physical therapy, which includes wellness and preventative care, is not covered.  We do not believe that this in your best interest.

Many insurance companies have recently increased physical therapy co-payments to $25-$50 per visit. Traditional outpatient physical therapy is 2-3x/week for 6 weeks. Those co-pays can add up fast. If your plan has a deductible, that should also be considered. We realize cost is a concern. Although every client has different needs and therefore a different treatment plan, typically, goals are met in less than half the visits of standard physical therapy.  Mend Well’s holistic approach addresses your dysfunction and pain quickly and effectively, in the end costing you less money than physical therapy covered by insurance.

Group Sessions
Group sessions are available to introduce you to the services provided by Mend Well.  You will learn how the human body becomes unbalanced, and why this often leads to pain and dysfunction.  We’ll then demonstrate why our wellness program, using BioSynchronistics®, is an effective way to address these problems.

Our therapists will meet with 8 – 10 people in your home.  Each participant will receive a complimentary 15 – 20 minute treatment during this introductory session.

Our coverage area includes Ashland, Bellingham, Dover, Framingham, Franklin, Grafton, Holliston, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Marlboro, Medfield, Medway, Milford, Millis, Natick, Needham, Newton, Northborough, Sherborn, Shrewsbury, Southborough, Sudbury, Upton, Wayland, Wellesley, Westborough, and Weston.   Visits are also available in the Cape Cod towns of Brewster, Chatham, Eastham, Orleans, Provincetown, Truro, and Wellfleet.  If your town is not listed, call to discuss a travel surcharge.
